The Terms and Conditions are given hereunder and on our website (any other printed material), and the Brochures form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You must read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions and Brochures before registering yourself / family/friends for any of our tours.
- Rs. 6,000/- per head in advance to be paid for booking before 150 days until the availability of seats.
- Balance amount to be paid in Cash/ Account Payee Cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS/ drafts in favour of KUNDU WORLD TRAVELS at least 30 days before the date of journey, failing which the reservation of seat will be treated as cancelled.
- Tour cost includes Transportation, Accommodation in hotels (family-wise); any additional person in the same room will be provided either cot or mattress on the floor. All meals at the hotel (Bed tea to dinner).
- The passenger must bear entry fees, guide charges, any taxes, camera charges, etc.
- If the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, extra costs will have to be borne by the passenger.
- Due to any natural calamity, strike, or political unrest, if the tour gets cancelled, in that case, 25% of the tour cost will be deducted from the advance amount.
- Tour program changed, altered, varied, extended or cancelled due to any reason, the Management will not be liable for the same.
- If there is any increase in fuel cost for transportation after booking, the difference in amount will have to be borne by the passengers.
- Management will not be liable for any loss/ damage of life/ robbery/ theft of passenger’s belongings whatsoever during the trip.
- Passengers should carry their Govt. approved photo identity card and COVID Vaccination Certificate throughout the journey.
- Every Passenger is allowed to carry his/her personal luggage of dimension 24*12*8 inches in size and 20 kg in weight; anything beyond that extra charge have to be borne by the passengers.
- Passengers are requested to carry their personal medicines throughout the journey.
- No cancellation will be accepted without any prior Cancellation Letter.
- All legal matters will be settled in Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
- 5% GST applies to all domestic tour packages. But for any foreign packages, 5% GST + 5% TCS will be applicable over the total tour cost.
- It is assumed that the passengers are fully aware of the Terms & Conditions as well as the Cancellation policy of the company before signing the Proposal Cum Agreement Copy.
